We require all relevant third parties to respect the security of your Personal Information and to treat it in accordance with the law. Where appropriate, we enter into data processing agreements with our third- party service providers that restrict them from using your Personal Information for their own purposes and permit them to process your Personal Information only for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties and we do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data storage
We will keep personal information about you for as long as necessary to provide services to you, or as long as we are addressing a concern, question, complaint, or request you have made to us. If we have a contract or other agreement with you, we will follow the retention obligations of that agreement.
We may keep data longer if we have a legal obligation to keep it or to maintain necessary records for legal, financial, compliance, or other reporting obligations, and to enforce our rights and agreements. For example, by law we must keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six (6) years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. We use these measures to maintain the ongoing confidentiality, integrity and availability of the systems and services that process personal information. Minors
We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 and our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. AI Disclosure
We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements. We want to be transparent about how we use this technology and your rights. We use Greenhouse Software’s Talent Matching feature to assist with reviewing applications for the skills and experience we have decided are important for this role.
How it works: Talent Matching reviews your resume and responses to application questions to determine the extent to which your qualifications match the job requirements we selected for this role.
